On Saturday November 1st from 1 to 3 PM, troop 73 sold popcorn at CVS. The sales were a great SUCCESS.

This Saturday I will have another work day, very similar to the last. We will finish pounding in the posts, so i'm going to need some big burly people who want to show their manlyness (or zena-warrior princes-like women, if that is the case). It is the same drill as last weekend. We dig holes with post hole diggers and digging irons/Spartan Sticks and put the post in. I need to about 16 more, so the more manlys/zenas there are, the better. If you are not a manly/zena, don't worry. There are many jobs you can still do.

Last Saturday was fantastically successful! a loyal team of hard workers helped me put in 16 posts as well as work on some structure. we got about 14 posts in the ground that day, making a total of 20 in the ground now. (6 from work day before)

This weekend on October 25, we will have another construction day.
We will meet at the Skug River site entrance, which is off of Salem St. and
there is a big house doing construction right next to it. The work day will
start at 11:00 in the morning, and end when it gets dark, so feel free to pop
by when it suits you and stay for as long as you want to.

We will be putting posts into the ground.
The ground is basically all rocks with a little bit o' dirt in between,
so if you have one of those rock smashing steel spikes ("Spartan Sticks")
